How To Make A Penis Gain A Strong Regular Erection?


Greater strength, erection and sexual satisfaction are achieved when you keep your penis healthy. When you keep your penis healthy you will sure have a healthy sex life.
In order to make a penis to gain a regular strong erection and also in the effective production of the sex hormone, the below tips are important.
1. Avoid Alcohol: When you avoid alcohol, you have possibly avoided the trauma of erectile dysfunction or impotence.
2. Take Vitamin Supplements: Be sure to consult your doctor first. However, vitamin A, B, C, E, Chromium, Zinc and L-arginine are known to be good in maintaining penis health. Also some herbs such as Gotu Kola, Wild Yam, Hydrangea root, Saw Palmetto, Sarsaparilla are helpful in correcting impotence or weak erection.
3. Avoid Smoking: To have a good strong erection, there have to be a regular flow of blood to the penis. Smoking can cause build up of plaque in the arteries that supply blood to the penis thereby affecting the penis erection.
4. Exercise: In maintaining a strong penis erection, exercise is a very important factor to consider. You can try exercises like swimming, cycling, jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes a day. Three times a week for any of these exercises is recommended.
